Monkey Bubble

Monkey Bubble is in a game in which you must explode all bubbles in the game area.

One player game

You explode bubbles by putting at least 3 of the same colour in contact. Any bubble that is connected to the top or the sides of the game area by bubbles you just exploded falls too.

Two players game

When playing 2 players game, the goal of the game is to make your opponent be over-crowded by his own bubbles. When the bubbles reach the lower line at the bottom of the launching snake, you lose.

When you explode more than 3 bubbles, they are injected into the opponent's area making it harder for him to play...

Hacker side

Monkey Bubble is a full high technology free software. It uses or plans to use :

• svg graphics (try the fullscreen gameplay with Ctrl-F)
• gnome platform
• gstreamer to play music and sounds (still todo)
• C programming language, based on glib2.0, gtk2.0 and all those gnome stuff we all love (or should love;-)
• released under GPL and waiting for contributors
