Recovering History

As we lost the history of monkey-bubble during the server crash at www.tuxfamily.org, we're trying to rebuild the history from old tarball releases. The ones we have found so far are:

• 0.1.9 (2004-01-17)
• 0.1.7 (2003-12-22)
• 0.1.6 (2003-10-03)

This leaves at least these ones missing:

• 0.1.8 (2004-01-13) - has lived only 4 days
• 0.1.5 (2003-09-29)
• 0.1.2 (2003-09-24)
